Caribbean Jerk Cuisine is the longest-standing Jamaican restaurant in Houston. We opened our doors in April 2006 to bring Houston a true taste of the Caribbean. Susan opened Caribbean Jerk Cuisine with her husband in 2006. Both have a passion for amazing Jamaican cuisine -- and with Susan's experience as a certified accountant and her husband's skills in the kitchen, they knew a restaurant venture would be a perfect fit for them. Even after more than ten years running the show, Susan loves sharing Jamaican culture and flavors with the city of Houston.
