Chef Cliff Ray had it's grand opening at the Fresh Market in Frisco, Texas in November 2020. He received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the lucky patrons who were won over by the authentic Cajun creole cuisine that is hard to find in this part of Texas.

Chef Cliff Ray is a self-made southern chef with roots from family that stretches back to Louisiana.
Chef Cliff Ray is a chef that infuses comedy and personality as if it were the perfect seasoning and spice into every single one of his cooking dishes.
I grew up in in Southwest Houston, Texas. My parents were from Louisiana. I worked in a 5-star kitchen all the way down to casual kitchen and had the privilege of catering celebrity parties.
I also spent some of my career doing stand-up comedy, acting in movies and plays also was on the radio.
Over the course of my experience, I have learned how to create my own dishes and cook different culture's cuisine.
I truly believe that cooking warms and soothes the soul and brings other souls together. It is extremely therapeutic.
