Established in 2018.

Coffee and Cake Cafe started as a pop-up coffee shop at Brentwood Baptist Church in 2013 as a fundraiser and second chance work training program. Coffee and Cake Cafe opened July 5, 2018, offering fresh-baked pastries; gourmet coffee, and croissant sandwiches. Our Mission is to offer transition employment for formerly incarcerated adults and support their successful reentry into society. We are unique to our area. Ruby W's inspiration comes from the love and transforming power of Jesus Christ. Coffee and Cake Cafe was birthed to offer a quality coffee house experience unique to the area while providing second chance employment opportunities.
