Dr. Richmond is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who is committed to bringing quality, evidence-based medical care to the minority community and has a passion for women’s health issues. After 3 years of private practice, Dr. Richmond created Your Essential Healthcare and DaySpa (YEHD) to expand her medical practice to a wellness center for all things women! She believes women’s wholeness is embodied by the mind, body, and spirit.
After 1 year of serving on the Board of Directors of AIDS Foundation Houston, Dr. Richmond was appointed to the Chief Medical Officer.
She continues her clinical research career with a focus in women’s health on topics including endometriosis, cervical cancer, and bacterial vaginosis.
Her speaking experience extends from small group, panels to being appointed to the Eli-Lily Speakers Bureau for Diabetes prevention in faith-based settings.
