Established in 2012.

This grilled cheese food truck was started by a single mother of a child with special needs. After loosing several jobs while trying to adjust her lifestyle to the needs of her daughter... Emojis Grilled Cheese was born! Mother and daughter develoled a cookbook of more than 30 grilled cheese combinations for breakfast, lunch, and even desert 😉
