To fulfill that goal, we receive our meat fresh every day and masterfully carve it to your liking - the old-fashioned way. Armed with butcher cleavers and boning knives, our experienced butchers will carve your choice of meat to the exact specifications you desire. To ensure the freshness and quality of meat, we go above and beyond industry standards by having separate band saws, slicers, knives, and prep tables for beef, chicken, and pork. Our dedicated staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will make your satisfaction the number one priority.

While Texas was known for its high-quality beef, it was shocking to find that Houston really had no TRUE fresh meat markets. Growing up, my family never shopped at a supermarket for meat. We went to the local butcher shops because of the quality of the meat and of course the friendly service. It is with those nostalgic memories of old that we designed Houston's Number One meat shopping experience - Farmer's Fresh Meat!
