Island1515 Kitchen & Rhum Bar is managed and operated by Chef "Goldfinger" Barclay, a successful entrepreneur who was raised as a child with roots heavily nurtured in Grenada, West Indies. With homeland traditions learned from her great Aunt, from Belmont, St. Georges, she has been able to nurture unique connections between diverse cultures, by bringing Houston to the Caribbean.

  • Sun Rise Omelette Brunch

    2 eggs, ham, bacon, onions, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese topped with diced tomatoes. Add oxtail meat no bone for an additional charge.
  • Oxtails and Grits Brunch

    Kerrygold Dutch cheese grits, Oxtail Meat and house made biscuit.
  • Chicken and Waffle Heaven Brunch

    Waffles topped with big chicken bites served with alcohol-infused mixed berries, cream cheese whipped frosting topped house syrup.
  • Duck Wings and Waffles Brunch

    Duck wings, waffles powdered sugar, alcohol-infused mixed berries.
  • Berries Bowl Brunch

    Fresh warm infused fruit berries topped in house cream cheese whipped frosting.
  • Sweet Toothe Brunch

    Sweet plantains sauteed in nutmeg, apricot brandy topped with house made cream cheese frosting.
  • Starters

    Grilled kabobs, choices of shrimp or lamb meats, pineapple chunks, creamy Island 1515 aioli
  • Jerk Duck Wings

    5 jerk duck wings, tossed in house blend peppers, herbs, spices, fried in soy bean oil and Isles sauce.
  • Oxtail Fries Dinner

    Loaded potato fries drizzled with tender succulent oxtail of meat, cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives and topped with Isles seasoning.
  • Emapandillas

    4 pieces. Choice of beef, chicken, vegetable curry, spicy flavored, light flaky baked pastry infused with cilantro and peppers with our Island 1515 special blend.
  • Calabash Big Salad

    Jicama, mandarins, pineapples, slaw, olives, red peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomato, kerry gold cheese, nuts, 3 grilled prawns (shell on) and orange miso vinaigrette.
  • House Salad

    Lettuce mix, Kerrygold cheese, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, orange slices, nuts and creamy vinaigrette. Add shrimp for an additional charge.
  • Provision Melody

    Steamed and fried yucca, sweet potato, breadfruit, sweet plantains and tostones.
