Les Sisters’ Southern Kitchen & BBQ
Cajun, creole, and southern cuisine.
History
Established in 1986.
In May of 1986, Roda Hadi, Willie Stanford, and Clara Huling decided to open a southern style restaurant in Chatsworth, Ca., capturing New Orleans cajun and creole cuisine while tapping into southern style soul food and Texas BBQ. After Clara Huling passed away in 1992, the 2 other women stepped away from the business and her second son, Kevin took over and ran the family business. He was able to run the establishment until July of 2014, where he passed the baton to his oldest daughter Jessica. Jessica, who is 3rd generation, has teamed up with lead server, Susan Warner, who has been the only server to be employed with Les Sisters for its nearly 30 years in business! Let's see how far these ladies can keep the ball rolling!
