History
Established in 2019.

Our food truck first opened its windows on June 1, 2019. We’re excited and proud to be the first spot in Houston serving only Nashville Hot Chicken! We’re extremely grateful for the community’s support and hope to expand soon to meet demand.

Our menu

  • Tender Basket

    Two chicken tenders (spice level of your choice) with kosher pickles, seasoned waffle fries, and a side of Mico's Sauce

  • Sammich

    Fried boneless chicken breast (spice level of your choice), house made coleslaw, pickles, Mico's Sauce, and butter toasted brioche bun

  • Loaded Fries

    Layered seasoned waffle fries with cheddar cheese, Mico's Sauce, chopped fried chicken (spice level of your choice) and sprinkle of chives on top

  • Milk

    Milk is a proven remedy to cool down the heat

  • Hot Honey

    Enjoy spicy honey on our sammich, ice cream, and more.

  • Hot Shake Fries

    Choose your fave heat level to be sprinkled on waffle fries.

  • Fried Pickles

    Choose your fave heat level to be sprinkled on fried pickles.

  • Ranch Dressing

    Side of ranch dressing

  • Coleslaw

    Side of housemade coleslaw
