I've been cooking since grade school, exploring nature, and gardening since age 13. I started to become vegan at age 17, and I didn't understand that the process was happening. I became McDonald's cook at 17, a military cook at 22 and I've been a chef for Marriot, the coast guard, and worked as a caterer and personal chef as well.
