I love to create in all textures. My love of all spectrums of beauty, allows me to create everything from blonde bombshell's to pixie cuts, to bold 'fro's and colorful curls. Creating custom color and cut for my clients is really important to me.

Chereen Monet’s 10 plus years in beauty stretches across the great state of New York and landed in the epicenter of culture in NYC. Learning and growing with Aveda and independent powerhouse Fox & Jane, its no wonder she eventually cultivated and matured her own inclusive brand Yourhairsbestfriend. Chereen's talent for hair style, color and cut can be attributed to her maternal grandmother, who also owned her own salon in upstate NY. She's no doubt carrying on that tradition, not only with her diverse and multi-cultural client list, but has also fulfilled corporate engagements with TARGET, YEEZY: Season 2, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Jockey and Oprah Magazine just to name a few. Chereen ready to expand her brand, decided to open Yourhairsbestfriend Color bar in Brooklyn NY, which provides an intimate experience that all friends will remember!
